How much do classes cost?
Classes start from £6 per session. Private sessions start from £30 per session. Contact me about the class you are interested in for specific prices.
Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Anyone can come along and join at any level, from complete beginners to more advanced students. I will always show modifications and guide you to help you find what your body is comfortable with doing.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that you can move around in easily.
What do I need to bring?
A bottle of water is essential and a mat if you have one. If you don’t, a mat can be borrowed until you can source your own.
Do I need to be flexible?
No, your flexibility will improve over time.
Does it matter if I can’t attend every week?
If you are able to attend at least once or event twice a week, you will see the benefits and feel better more quickly, but being able to do some yoga is far more beneficial than no yoga at all!
Should I ask my Doctor if I am able to come along?
It is always advisable to seek medical advice before taking on any new challenges, particularly if you have a health condition. Please advise me in advance of any such condition so that I can make the relevant adjustments for you during your practice.
What if I need to cancel?
I understand last minute issues can arise so I ask that you try to give me at least 24 hours cancellation notice to allow me to try and fill the space, otherwise I may still have to charge you.
